ABOUT THE ACADEMY

The Beach Bums Baseball Academy is a baseball training center for anyone who loves the game of baseball. The Academy is located at Wuerfel Park, home of the independent professional Traverse City Beach Bums. We provide local athletes a place to train with quality instruction from ex-college and professional players. Our curriculum includes private lessons, strength and conditioning sessions, as well as summer and winter clinics. The Academy also runs a Winter Hitting League which was a huge hit in 2007!

ACADEMY QUALITY GUARANTEE

The Beach Bums Baseball Academy’s mission is to provide quality instruction in a safe and spacious environment for the purpose of helping our athletes accomplish their dreams. The Academy does not sell memberships or provide open cage time, so you never have to train in a crowded atmosphere. When you step foot in our facility, we are completely dedicated to you and you alone!

ACADEMY REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Academy is pleased to announce a new referral program that will help you and your friends get ready for the upcoming baseball season. From now until October 1st, if you refer one of your friends to the Academy and they buy any one of our lesson packages, you will receive a FREE 60-minute Private Lesson.
